老年食管癌患者围手术期管理

目的加强老年食管癌患者的围手术期管理,提高老年食管癌患者手术成功率及降低手术后合并症。方法总结2003～2013年我们收治的150例65～85岁老年食管癌患者的围手术期管理。结果本组手术切除率94%,术后并发症56例,肺部感染24例,心功能不全15例,肺不张7例,呼吸衰竭5例,吻合口瘘3例,吻合口出血1例,死亡2例。结论尽管老年食管癌患者手术风险较大,只要加强老年食管癌患者的围手术期管理,手术还是老年食管癌患者的最佳选择。

Elderly patients with esophageal cancer during operation period management

Objective Strengthen surround operation period management of elderly patients with esophageal cancer, the success rate and reduce the complications after operation to improve the operation of elderly patients with esophageal cancer. Methods Perioperation period management summary of 2003 - 2013 years we treated 150 cases of aged 65-85 patients with esophageal cancer. Results The group operation resec- tion rate was 94% , 56 case of postoperative complications, 24 cases of pulmonary infection, 15 cases of cardiac insufficiency, atelectasis in 7 cases, 5 cases of respiratory failure, 3 cases of anastomotic fistula, anastomotic bleeding in 1 cases, 2 cases of death. Conclusion Although the elderty patients with esophageal carcinoma operation risk, as long as the peri operation period management of elderly patients with esophageal cancer, operation is the best choice for elderly patients with esophageal cancer.
