槐定碱对心脏的药理作用研究进展

槐定碱对心脏具有正性肌力、负性频率、负性兴奋和负性传导作用,可使心肌自律性在低浓度时下降、高浓度时上升。其正性肌力作用的机制系增大L-型钙电流和上调SERCA2a表达是通过促进心肌细胞内的肌浆网钙大量释放所致。而负性自律性产生的机制主要与延长心电过早复极(ERP)和缩小ERP的离散性与消除折返激动有关。因此,槐定碱能防治心力衰竭和心律失常,还具有抗氧化、抗炎、促进前列腺环素I2和抑制血栓素A2合成的作用,也能防治心肌缺血、心力衰竭和心律失常引起的心肌损伤。文中综述槐定碱对心脏的药理作用文献,并对其研究进展做了分析。

Research Advances in Pharmacological Actions of Sophoridine on Heart

Sophoridine has positive inotropic action,negative chronotropic action,negative excitability and negative conductivity;in myocardial automaticity low concentration decreasing and high concentration increasing automaticity.The mechanism of the positive inotropic action are the increase of L-type calcium current and the up-regulation of SERCA2a expression by promoting the mass release of calcium from the sarcoplasmic reticulum in myocardial cells.The mechanism of negative self-discipline is mainly related to prolongation of premature repolarization(ERP)and reduction of ERP dispersion and elimination of reentrant excitation.Therefore,sophoridine can prevent and treat heart failure and arrhythmia,and also has the mechanism of antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,promoting prostaglandin I2 and inhibiting thromboxane A2 synthesis;it can also prevent myocardial injury caused by myocardial ischemia,heart failure and arrhythmia.In this paper,the literatures of the pharmacological effects of sophoridine on the heart are reviewed and the research progress is also analyzed.
