| 摘 要： | 目的：观察在肝叶切除治疗肝内胆管结石期间应用天普洛安对肝功能的保护作用．方法：23例病人分成治疗组(13例)和对照组(10)例。监测ALT,AST,ALP,TB,ALB等水平的变化，结果：同期治疗组AST，ALT,ALP,TB低于对照组。白蛋白高于对照组。结论：肝内胆管结石围手术期应用天普洛安，有良好的护肝作用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the protection value of Ulinastatin which was used after the hepatectomy to treat with hepatolith. Methods: 23 patients were divided into two groups therapy group(13 cases) and controlled group(10 cases) whose concentration such as ALT, AST,ALP,TB,ALB were measured. Results: The concentration of ALT, AST,ALP,TB in therapy group was lower than controlled group.,But the ALB was higher.Conclusions:The effect of Ulinastatin using in the hepatectomy to treat with hepatolith is good. |
