| 摘 要： | 温病透法立足于祛邪,适用于温病卫气营血各阶段。它是一种因势利导、引邪外出之法。透邪的目的是使邪热向上向外透达而不至于内陷,透邪是防其内陷的手段,在透的同时要注意顾护人体的正气,养护阴液;祛邪外出,不但要给邪以出路,而且时机与方法也要正确。

| Abstract: | Based on removing pathogens, the dissipating method for febrile diseases, is applicable to every stage of defence qi, nourishing blood of febrile diseases. It is a kind of method which leads out the pathogens. The purpose of the method is to disperse the pathogenic heat upward and outward thoroughly. Dispersing the pathogenic heat is a means to prevent the retraction of the pathogenic heat, At the same time, the vital qi of human body should be payed attention to, and yin - fluid be conserved. And the proper timing and methods also should be correct. |
