摘    要:用高脂高蛋白饲料和基础饲料分别喂养大鼠2月后,发现高脂高蛋白饲料的大鼠胰腺中FFA增多,LPO量及SOD活性增加,而cAMP最下降。提示高脂高蛋白饮食可使胰腺组织内FFA增多,自由基反应增强,进而使胰腺细胞受到一定程度损伤,细胞膜通透性增加,稳定性下降。当胰腺炎的致病因素存在时,这种潜在性损伤可促使胰腺炎的发生并加重其病变程度。这可能是高脂高蛋白饮食加重急性胰腺病变程度的重要因素。

Abstract:Weaning rats are fed 8 w with high fat high protein diet (HFHPd) and balanced diet (Bd) respectively. Acute pancreatitis is induced. The rat pancreases are examined. The serum and pancreatic tissue free fatty acid(FFA) ,lipid-peroxide (LPO), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and cAMP are measured, the results are: acute experimental pancreatitis in rats fed on HFHPd is much more severe than those fed on Bd; serum FFA and LPO increase markedly after experimental pancreatitis is induced; before the inducing of pancreatitis the HFHPd can cause an increase of FFA, LPO and SOD in the pancreatic tissue of the rats, but a decrease in cAMP. These findings suggest that the HFHPd can cause an increase of FFA in rat pancreatic tissues and a reaction of free radicals, which may partially damage the pancreatic acinar cells resulting in an increase in permeability of cell membrane and a decrease in stability of the pancreatic acinar cells. The potential damage may induce and worsen the pancreatitis when some pathogenic factors of pancreatitis exists (such as obstruction of biliary tract). It is possible that the HFHPd is one of the important factors to aggravate the acute pancreatitis.
