| 摘 要： | 消化性溃疡为现代社会高发病之一,其治疗恢复仅仅靠局部给药是远远不够的。八段锦作为中国传统保健养生方法,其整体调理对溃疡病的痊愈及减少药物依赖作用有独到疗效。文章先简述溃疡病发病机制,再浅析八段锦典型招式对溃疡病的调理作用。
