超声心动图诊断心脏肿瘤的价值（附33例报道）

目的研究心脏肿瘤的超声心动图（ECG）图像特征及其规律,观察图像特征与病理和预后的关系。方法回顾性分析心脏肿瘤33例,研究其ECG图像特征及规律性,结合临床、手术及病理分析其特点。结果原发性心脏肿瘤20例,其中粘液瘤12例,大多数位于左房。转移瘤13例,右房内多见,部分病例伴下腔静脉或上腔静脉内癌栓。结论心脏原发性肿瘤以粘液瘤为主,转移性肿瘤多来自肾肝肺等脏器。超声心动图对诊断心脏肿瘤具有重大价值,但确定肿瘤性质必须依靠病理诊断。

Echocardiography in diagnosis of cardiac tumor

Objective To investigate the echocardiography （ECG） characteristics and regularity of cardiac tumors and observe the ECG characteristics for cardiac tumors with its pathological results and prognosis.Methods 33 patients with cardiac tumors underwent ECG examination, the results were proved by operation and pathological examination.Results 20 cases were primary cardiac tumor, and most tumors in left atrium were myxoma; the remaining cases were secondary cardiac tumor, more common in the right atrium, some patients with inferior vena cava or the superior vena cava tumor thrombus.Conclusion Most primary cardiac tumors were myxoma, secondary cardiac tumor most came from the kidney and other organs. Malignant rumor had higher recurrence rate and shorter recurrence interval. The feature of ECG image in cardiac tumor was obvious, but only pathological diagnose could decide the type of tumor.
