CD105和F-8RAg在乳腺癌的表达及其生物学行为的关系

摘    要:目的观察CD105在乳腺癌的表达和探讨CD105与乳腺癌生长侵袭转移的关系.方法采用免疫组化S-P法,检测50例乳腺浸润性导管癌,20例乳腺导管内癌,20例乳腺良性增生组织CD105和F-8RAg标记的微血管密度.结果 CD105的表达在乳腺浸润性导管癌明显高于乳腺导管内癌及乳腺良性增生组织(P值均<0.01).F-8RAg的表达在乳腺浸润性导管癌和导管内癌中MVD均明显高于良性增生组织(P<0.01).在乳腺浸润导管癌组织中CD105与F-8RAg的表达存在显著性差异(P<0.01),乳腺导管内癌和良性增生组织中CD105与F-8RAg的表达无显著性差异(P>0.05).结论 CD105在乳腺癌的表达与其生长侵袭和转移密切相关,癌组织中MVD计数明显优于F-8RAg.

Abstract:Objective To observe the expression of CD_ 105 in breast cancer, and explore the correlation between CD_ 105 and growth, invasion and metabasis of breast cancer. Methods 50 cases of breast infiltrating duct cancer, 20 cases of breast duct cancer and 20 cases of breast benign hyperplasia were enrolled in this study. The microvascular density(MVD) was marked with CD_ 105 and F-8RAg using immunohistochemical S-P method. Results The expression level of CD_ 105 in breast infiltrating duct cancer was significantly higher than that in breast duct cancer and benign hyperplasisa(P<0.01). The expression level of F-8RAg in breast infiltrating duct cancer and duct cancer was obviously higher than that in breast benign hyperplasia. There were significant differences between the expression rates of CD_ 105 and F-8RAg in breast infiltrating duct cancer(P<0.01), and not significant differences in breast duct cancer and benign hyperplasisa. Conclusion The expression of CD_ 105 in breast cancer was closely related to the growth,invasion and metabasis of breast cancer. CD_ 105 was more sensitive than F-8RAg in counting MVD of breast cancer.
