| 摘 要： | 为了探讨藐小棘隙吸虫对儿童生长发育的影响，本文将７５例感染藐小棘隙吸虫的小学生随机分为２组，分别用吡喹酮和安慰剂５ｍｇ／ｋｇ顿服，治后５个月进行检查对比。结果吡喹酮和安慰剂组５项测量指标中４项差异均无显著意义（Ｐ＞０．０５），故初步认为藐小棘隙吸虫感染对少年儿童生长发育的影响尚不明显。

| Abstract: | The impact on development and growth of children due to E.liliputanus infection has been investigated in Chengqino Vallage, Hexinn County, Anhui Province. Seaventy five cases with E.liliputanus were randomly divided. into two groups and treated with praziquantel-at a single dose of sing/kg and placebo respectively. The results showed that 4 out of 5 indias of physical measurements 5 months after treatment at experimental group were nearly as same as those at control group (P>0.05). The authors suggested that E. liliputanus induced less impact on children's development and growth in this study. |
