补肾填精法治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕34例

目的探讨在常规治疗的基础上加用补肾填精法对椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕病人的疗效。方法将64例病人随机分为治疗组(34例)和对照组(30例)。治疗组采用刺五加注射液250mL静脉输注,每日1次;内服中药基本方为河车大造丸加味;偏于阴虚者加知母、丹参;偏于阳虚者加熟附片、巴戟天、肉桂,每日1付,水煎分早晚2次服。对照组单用刺五加注射液250mL静脉输注,每日1次,疗程均为14d。两组病人在治疗前后进行脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)的检测,并将结果加以比较,同时观察两组的总有效率及BAEP的异常发生率。结果治疗组总有效率为94.1%,对照组为73.3%,两组总有效率比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组BAEP检测在治疗前后的异常发生率分别为66.18%(45/68)和26.47(18/68),对照组BAEP在治疗前后的异常发生率为65.00%(39/60)和40.00%(24/60),两组治疗后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗的基础上加用河车大造丸加味治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕疗效较显著。

The Treatment of Vertebro Basilar Insufficiency with Dizziness by Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective To investigate the efficacy of routine treatment with nourishing the kidney and filling essence on patients(pts) with vertebro basilar insufficiency(VBI) and dizziness.Methods Sixty-four pts with VBI and dizziness were randomly divided into treatment group(n=34) and control group(n=30).The pts in treatment group were injected with Ciwujia injection plus Chinese medical recipe Hechedazhaowan.Some different herbs were added for pts with yi failure or with yang failure.The pts in control group received Ciwujia injection only.Brain stem auditory evoked potential(BAEP) were measured and compared between treatment group and comparison group pre-and post-treatment.Results The total effectiveness in treatment group was 94.1%,and that in the control group was 73.3%(P<0.05).The abnormal BAEP occurrence rate in the treatment group was 66.18%(45/68)and 26.47(18/68)pre-and post-treatment,respectively.It was 65.00%(39/60)and 40.00%(24/60)in the control group pre-and post-treatment,respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion Routine therapy with Chinese medicine was significantly effective for VBI with dizziness.
