米非司酮保守治疗异位妊娠临床观察

目的:以氨甲蝶呤(MTX)为对照,探讨米非司酮在异位妊娠保守治疗中的作用。方法:将70例患者随机分为米非司酮组和氨甲蝶呤组进行比较。以氨甲蝶呤(MTX)为对照,观察米非司酮(Mif)治疗异位妊娠的效果。结果:2组均于治疗后10天血人绒毛膜促性腺激素开始明显下降,治疗后15天包块平均直径明显缩小,与治疗前比较差异显著(P<0.05)。米非司酮和氨甲蝶呤治疗成功率分别为91.43%和74.29%。两者比较有显著差异。结论:米非司酮治疗异位妊娠的效果优于氨甲蝶呤,且MTX有一定的不良反应,而米非司酮无1例发生不良反应,且给药方便,作为异位妊娠保守治疗的药物,有一定的临床意义和应用前景。

The application of mifepristone in treatment of ectopic pregnancy

Objective:To explore the efficacy of mifepristone for conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy compared with that of methorexate.Methods:Fifty cases were divided into group A and B by random..Group A was treated with mifepristone,group B with methorexate.Results:The serum β-hCG of two groups was declined remarkably after 10 d of treatment (P<0.05),mass diameter was decreased remarkably after 15 d of treatment (P<0.05).Cure rate of group A and group B were 92 and 76 respectively (P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect with mifepristone is better than that with methorexate in treating ectopic pregnancy, but there is adverse drug reaction with methorexate. There is not adverse drug reaction with mifeprestone, and it an be conveniently used as ideal drug in treating ectopic pregnancy, especially being significant and applicable for conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy.
