摘    要:[目的]建立同时测定环境水中13种有机磷农药的气相色谱法。[方法]有机磷农药采用液-液萃取后用DM-5毛细管柱气相色谱火焰光度检测器进行测定,以保留时间定性,外标法定量。[结果]本法测定13种有机磷农药各组分的分离度〉1.5,方法线性范围为0.50-15.0μg/mL,检出限为0.0053-0.023ng,用加标回收考察方法的准确度,平均回收率为87.8%-104.0%,用相对标准偏差(RSD)考察方法的精密度,RSD为2.60%-9.83%。[结论]该方法提取完全,定量准确,操作简单,能同时测定水中残留的多种有机磷农药。
