| 摘 要： | 目的:观察益艾康胶囊时艾滋痛HIWAIDS患者免疫功能的影响,评价其临床疗效.方法:将纳入治疗的125例HIV/AIDS患者给予益艾康胶囊,每次5粒,每日3次治疗,连续服药3 a,观察其治疗前后中医症状积分及免疫学指标CD4 T淋巴细胞变化.结果:治疗前后患者发热乏力纳呆腹泻等中医症状有明显的改善,免疫学指标总有效率达到50.4%.结论:益艾康胶囊对HIV/AIDS患者临床症状及免疫功能有明显的改善作用.

| Abstract: | Objective:to observe the effect of Yiaikang capsules on immune function of HIV/AIDS patients and evaluate the clinical curative effect. Methods: 125 cases of HIV/AIDS patients were treated in Yiaikang capsules (5 pills,tid) during 3 a. The CD4+ T cell and symptom accumulated points were detected before and after treatment.
