黄角汤对脑梗塞急性期患者血浆内皮素及降钙素基因相关肽的影响

摘    要:目的观察黄角汤对脑梗塞急性期患者血浆内皮素(ET)、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)的影响。方法运用黄角汤治疗脑梗塞急性期患者121例(治疗组),与尼莫地平治疗者37例作比较(对照组),观察治疗前后两组ET、CGRP水平的变化及临床疗效。结果治疗前两组ET水平显著高于正常值,CGRP水平显著低于正常值。经治疗后两组CT、CGRP水平均有改善,以治疗组更为明显;临床疗效以治疗组为佳。结论黄角汤对脑梗塞急性期的疗效优于尼莫地平,其作用机制与改善ET/CGRP平衡失调有关。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the influence on Huangjiao Mixture to levels of ET(endothelin)and CGRP(calcitonin gene -related peptid)of patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI ).Methods :127patients were devided randomly into the treating group and contolle d group.Huangjiao Mixture was given to the treating group(n =121),and nimodipine to controlled group(n =37).The clinical effect and the levels of changes of ET and CGRP in plasma were observed.Results:Compared with normal,the level of ET in plasma before treating increased,and CGRP decreased in two groups.After treating,th e level of ET and CGRP are improved significant.Compared with control group,the changes of observation group is much significant.The clinical effect of ob-servation group is better than that o f control group.Conclusion:The clinical effect of Huangjiao Mixture on ACI is better than nimodipine.The therapeutical mechanism has relation with the impr oving the off -balance of ET /CGRP.
