腹腔镜辅助阴式子宫切除术85例分析

目的探讨应用腹腔镜辅助下扩大阴式子宫切除术的适应症及减少并发症。方法分析我院自2002年7月以来行腹腔镜辅助阴式子宫切除术85例的临床资料。结果子宫肌瘤64例,子宫腺肌症10例,功血3例,绝经期卵巢囊肿8例。子宫肌瘤合并膀胱膨出4例,子宫肌瘤合并子宫腺肌症4例。盆腔粘连14例。子宫体积≥12周的6例,<12周的79例。术后严重并发症1例,左侧输尿管损伤。结论在腹腔镜辅助下,扩大了阴式子宫切除术的适应症,具有显著的优点,值得推广。

Analysis of 85 cases of laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy (LAVH)

Objective The paper discussed the application of laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy(LAVH) and it can reduce the complication of LAVH. Methods 85 cases of LAVH since July 2002 were analyzed.Results There were 64 myoma of uterus, 10cases of adenomyosis, 3 cases of dysfunctional uterine bleeding, 8 cases of peri-menopause of ovarian cyst.4 cases of myoma and cystocele , 4 cases of myoma andadenomyosis, 14 cases of pelvic adhesion.Among them, 6 cases' uterine size was more than 12 weeks' the size of gestation, and 79cases' uterine size was less than 12 weeks' the size of gestation. One case of complication of intraoperative left ureteral injury. Conclusions With the assistance of laparoscopy, the application of vaginal hysterectomy can be increased. It have distinct advantages, which is worth being popularized.
