运动疗法合针刺治疗急性脑梗死疗效观察

目的探讨运动疗法合针刺早期介入对急性脑梗死肢体功能的影响。方法急性脑梗死偏瘫患者66例,随机分为运动疗法组21例、针刺治疗组22例及运动合针刺治疗组23例3组,3组治疗用药基本相同,均早期分别介入运动疗法、针刺治疗及运动合针刺治疗。分别于治疗前后用Fugl-Meyer量表、日常生活能力(MBI)指数评定患者治疗前后的变化。结果治疗30日后3组各量表评分值与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),运动合针刺治疗组各项量表评分值优于运动组及针刺治疗组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论急性脑梗死早期介入运动合针刺治疗能明显提高和促进肢体功能的恢复。

Investigation of combination of exercise therapy and acupuncture-therapy on acute cerebral infarction

Objective To study the effect of combination of exercise therapy and acupuncture-therapy on limbs function of acute cerebral infarction. Methods 66 hemiplegic patients with acute cerebral infarction were divided into exercise therapy group, acupuncture-therapy group and integrated exercise therapy and acupuncture-therapy group. Patients in three groups were treated by exercise therapy, acupuncture-therapy, integrated exercise therapy and acupuncture-therapy and routine, respectively. The changes of MBI indexes and score of Fugl-Meyer measuring scale were observed before and after treatment. Results There were notable differences on score from measuring scale between before and after treatment in three groups (P<0.01) in 30 days. Scores from measuring scale in integrated exercise therapy and acupuncture-therapy group were superior to those in exercise therapy group and acupuncture-therapy group (P<0.01). Conclusion Combination of exercise therapy and acupuncture-therapy can obviously enhance and improve recovery of limbs function.
