急性胰腺炎中西医结合与单纯西医治疗对比分析

[目的]探讨急性胰腺炎中西医结合治疗与单纯西医治疗在疗效上的差别。[方法]通过查阅天津市南开医院第4外科2007年1月—2009年5月收治的55例急性水肿性胰腺炎患者出院病例,比较中西医结合治疗和单纯西医治疗的患者在症状缓解、检测指标恢复正常等方面所需时间的差别。[结果]中西医结合组疗效优于西医组。[结论]在急性胰腺炎的治疗中应用中西医结合疗法,可以较快缓解患者临床症状,缩短治疗时间。

Comparative analyzing between integrated Treatments and Western Medicine alone in treating acute pancreatitis

[Objective] To explore the differences between integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of acute pancreatitis [Methods] Through consulting 55 cases of acute pancreatitis were enrolled into the fourth department of general surgery of Nankai Hospital from Jan 2007 to May 2009.
