53例左氧氟沙星不良反应分析

目的调查左氧氟沙星所致不良反应的发生率、临床表现及相关因素,旨在建议安全合理用药。方法采用回顾性调查方法,对我院于2005～2008年期间上报的53例左氧氟沙星致不良反应情况以及相关影响因素进行研究、分类、分析。结果左氧氟沙星ADR的临床表现包括过敏休克以及神经系统、消化系统以及皮肤附件多个系统的症状,其中以皮肤及附件损伤最为常见,占总比例的62.3%。所发生ADR多数较轻,严重的ADR占总比例9.4%。不良反应的发生率与患者的性别,用药剂量和剂型有关,以女性,高剂量和注射剂型引起不良反应发生率高。结论临床上应重视左氧氟沙星的ADR,充分考虑不良反应出现的可能性,掌握其相关因素、临床表现以及处理措施。此外还要加强不良反应监测工作,促进其合理应用。

Analysis of 53 Adverse Drug reactions of levofloxacin

Objective To investigate the adverse drug reactions（ADR）of levofloxacin,including the frequency,manifestations and the related factors.Methods A retrospective review was applied to study the untoward effects of Levofloxacin from 2005 to 2008 in our hospital.The ADR data of the antibiotic were classified,analyzed and discussed.Results 53 ADR cases of levofloxacin were found during the period,and the main symptoms involved skin,nervous system,cardiovascular system,alimentary system and allergic shock.The influencing factor study indicated that womanhood,high dose and the dosage form of injection inclined to increase the incidence of untoward reaction.Conclusion The serious ADR related to Levofloxacin may be few,but the severe symptoms would usually be a great threat against patient＇s life.So besides circumspect use to avoid the potential risks of serious ADR,the capability of timely and correct treatments were essential to medical staffs.
