摘    要:目的:观察血液标本、采集、运送、放置时间对凝血四项测定结果的影响。方法:对我院住院病人3624例标本,进行凝血酶原时间(PT),纤维蛋白原(FIB),活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)和凝血酶时间(TT)进行测定;对其中54例即采血即送检的合格标本作立即测定,室温放置2h、4h后再测定作配对分析。结果:在3624例标本中有482例有误差,误差率13.3%。其中采血量比例不当者463例,占96%;标本与抗凝剂没充分混匀者16例,占3.3%;混有肝素者3例,占0.6%。标本放置2h、4h后结果与即刻测定比较PT、TT、APTT结果差异有统学意义(P<0.01)。结论:标本采集不当与送检时间是导致测定结果误差的主要因素。

Abstract:Objective Observe the blood specimen collection, transportation, storage time to determine the impact on the coagulation results.Methods Determine PT,FIB,APPT and TT of 3624 samples of patients' blood in the hospital.54 of the qualified samples were determined immediately after collection,and determined again after being kept at room temperature for 2 hours,and determined for a third time after being kept at room temperature for 4 hours.The results were matched and compared.Results There were errors in 482 cases out of the 3642.The error rate was 13.3%.463 out of the 482 samples didn't have the correct proportion of blood, and that took 96% of the whole.16 samples, which took 3.3%,didn't have full mixing with anticoagulants. 3 samples,which took 0.6%, were mixed with heparin. After comparing the results,the differences of PT,TT and APTT have statistical significance (P<0.01).Conclusion Improper blood specimen collection, and storage time lead to the error results.
