胆道镜在胆道探查术中的应用价值

目的探讨胆道镜在胆道探查术中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析我院2008年5月至2013年5月我院普外科收治的52例胆囊结石继发胆总管结石患者的临床资料，分为观察组和对照组，对照组采用腹腔镜或开腹胆囊切除，经胆总管胆道镜探查术，观察组采用腹腔镜或开腹胆囊切除、胆道镜经胆囊管行胆道探查，比较两组的疗效。结果两组的手术时间、术中出血量无统计学意义（p〉0．05）。观察组的术后引流量、并发症、住院时间显著少于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论胆道镜探查是一种简单、可行、安全的微创治疗的新方法，经胆囊管行胆道探查可作为胆道探查术的首选方式。

The Application Value of Choledochoscope in Bile Duct Exploration

Objective To explore the application value of choledochoscope in bile duct exploration. Methods A retrospective clinical data analysis of 52 cases of hepatobiliary surgery patients from May 2008 to May 2013 in our hospital, they were divided into the observation group and the control group, the control group was used laparoscopic or open cholecystectomy, bile duct exploration through common bile duct, the observation group was treated with laparoscopic or open cholecystectomy, transcystic biliary tract exploration, the efficacy was compared between two groups. Results The operation time, amount of bleeding between two groups had no statistical significance （P〉0.05）. Postoperative drainage, complications, hospitalization time in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Choledochoscope is a simple, feasible, safe and minimally invasive therapy; biliary tract exploration through cystic duct can be used as the preferred way of exploration of biliary tract surgery.
