急性胰腺炎的临床治疗措施分析

目的探讨分析急性胰腺炎的临床治疗方法及其治疗效果，总结相关经验，为今后的，临床工作提供支持。方法选取我院2010年5月至2012年12月间收入的60例急性胰腺炎患者作为研究对象。其中15例急性水肿型胰腺炎（DAP）患者，均采取非手术保守治疗。39例重症急性胰腺炎患者（SAP），非手术治疗23例，手术治疗16例。6例爆发性胰腺炎（FAP）患者，非手术治疗2例，手术治疗4例。结果15例DAP患者经非手术治疗后均痊愈出院。23例接受非手术治疗的SAP患者，18例痊愈出院，5例死亡。16例接受手术治疗的SAP患者，13例痊愈出院，3例死亡。2例接受非手术治疗的FAP患者，1例痊愈出院，1例死亡。4例接受手术治疗的FAP患者，2例痊愈出院，2侧死亡，总病死率为18．3％。结论大多数急性胰腺炎患者可使用非手术的方式进行治疗，治疗效果良好。但是胰周存在严重感染、胆管梗阻的患者必须及时采取手术治疗，应在适宜的时机优先使用微创手术对患者进行治疗。并选取适宜的方法处理并发症。

Analysis of the Clinical Treatment of Acute Pancreatitis

Objective To analyze the clinical treatment of acute pancreatitis and.the therapeutic effect, summarizing the experience, to provide support for the future clinical work. Methods 60 cases of acute pancreatitis patients in our hospital in 2010 May -2012 year in December income as the object of study. Among the 15 cases of acute edematous pancreatitis （DAP） patients, adopt non operation treatment. In 39 cases with severe acute pancreatitis （SAP）, non operation treatment of 23 cases, 16 cases were treated with operation. 6 cases of fulminant acute pancreatitis flAP） patients, treatment of 2 cases of non operation, 4 cases of operation treatment. Results 15 cases of DAP patients by non operation treatment were cured. 23 cases of SAP patients received non operation therapy, 18 cases were cured, 5 cases died. 16 cases of SAP patients received operation therapy, 13.cases were cured, 3 cases died. 2 cases of FAP patients received non operation therapy, 1 cases were cured, 1 cases died. 4 cases of FAP patients received operation therapy, 2 cases were cured, 2 cases died, the total mortality was 18.3%. Conclusion Most patients with acute pancreatitis can use non operation for the treatment of the way, the treatment effect is good. But there is a serious infection in patients with pancreatic, bile duct obstruction must take timely operation treatment, should be in the appropriate time to give priority to the use of minimally invasive operation for the treatment of the patients. And select the suitable methods to deal with complications.
