300例一体化助产服务分娩的临床效果观察

目的观察探讨一体化助产服务对初产妇分娩的临床效果。方法将2011年1月至2012年8月来我科做产前检查的初产妇600例，根据孕妇知情同意及自主选择的原则随机分为观察组和对照组。其中观察组由助产士按一体化助产服务的要求从怀孕到分娩结束全程陪伴服务，而对照组孕妇则按产前检查要求到门诊检查并采用传统的助产模式分娩。结果观察组和对照组相比较，观察组中产妇的顺产比例提高10％，胎儿窘迫和窒息比例分别显著降低3．66％和1．34％，孕产妇的满意度显著提高了。结论一体化助产服务有利于产妇自然分娩，缓解焦虑紧张情绪有利于婴儿健康出生值得临床实践推广。

Clinical Observation of 300 cases of Integration of Midwifery Services Childbirth

Objective Observation to explore the clinical effects of the integration of midwifery services primipara childbirth. Methods January 2011 to August 2012, 600 cases of primipara our department prenatal care, pregnant women informed consent and the principle of self-selected randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group by midwives required by the integration of midwifery services from pregnancy to birth to the end accompany service, while the control group of pregnant women are prenatal care requirements to outpatient visits and the use of traditional midwifery model childbirth.Results The observation group compared with control group, the observation group in improving maternal delivery ratio of 10%, fetal distress and asphyxia rates were significantly reduced 3.66% and 1.34%, maternal satisfaction significantly increased.Conclusion Integration of midwifery services in favor the maternal natural childbirth, relieve anxiety and tension is conducive to the health of babies born worthy of promotion of clinical practice.
