口腔科医疗纠纷发生的原因与防范措施

摘    要:目的分析口腔科医疗纠纷发生的原因,为制定防范措施提供依据。方法统计口腔科10年来发生的医疗纠纷30例,分析纠纷产生的原因。结果引起口腔科医疗纠纷的主要原因为:技术问题导致的医疗纠纷10例,占33.3%;责任心不强导致的医疗纠纷3例,占10%医患沟通不足导致的医疗纠纷12例,占40%因患者心理问题导致的医疗纠纷3例,占10%熟人加塞导致的医疗纠纷2例,占6.7%。结论提高口腔科医师技术水平,加强与患者沟通,坚持各项规章制度,加强医学心理知识学习是预防口腔科临床医疗纠纷的关键措施。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the causes of medical disputes in the Department of Stomatology, provide the basis for making preventive measures. Methods 30 cases of medical disputes statistical department of Stomatology 10 years, analysis of the causes of disputes. Results: the main causes of medical. Results Department of stomatology for medical dispute technical problems in 10 cases, accounting for 33.3%; the medical dispute is not strong sense of responsibility resulted in 3 cases, accounting for 10%; the medical disputes caused by lack of communication between doctors and patients in 12 cases, accounting for 40%; the medical disputes caused by psychological problems in patients with 3 cases, accounting for 10%; 2 cases of medical disputes acquaintance to lead, accounted for 6.7%. Conclusion To improve the technical level of Department of Stomatology physicians, strengthen communication with patients, adhere to the rules and regulations, strengthen medical psychological knowledge and learning is the key measure for the prevention of medical disputes in clinical department of stomatology.
