口腔科医疗纠纷发生的原因与防范措施

目的分析口腔科医疗纠纷发生的原因，为制定防范措施提供依据。方法统计口腔科10年来发生的医疗纠纷30例，分析纠纷产生的原因。结果引起口腔科医疗纠纷的主要原因为：技术问题导致的医疗纠纷10例，占33．3％；责任心不强导致的医疗纠纷3例，占10％医患沟通不足导致的医疗纠纷12例，占40％因患者心理问题导致的医疗纠纷3例，占10％熟人加塞导致的医疗纠纷2例，占6．7％。结论提高口腔科医师技术水平，加强与患者沟通，坚持各项规章制度，加强医学心理知识学习是预防口腔科临床医疗纠纷的关键措施。
