中西医结合治疗胫腓骨开放性骨折的疗效分析

目的探讨胫腓骨开放性骨折采取中西医结合治疗的价值优势。方法回顾性分析150例胫腓骨开放性骨折患者的临床资料，按治疗方式的不同，分我对照纽（n=75，予以纯西医治疗）和治疗组（n=75，加用中医辅助治疗，中西医相结合）。结果治疗组患者平均疗程（69．6±7．9）d，明显短于对照组（85．3±8．3）d（P〈0．05）；治疗组骨折一期愈合70例（93．3％）、迁延愈合5例（6．7％），对照组骨折一期愈合61例（81.3％）、迁延愈合14例（18．7％），两组比较差异具显著性（P〈0．05）；治疗组FIM评分总分以及生活自理、运动、转移能力等三项评分均显著高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论中西医结合治疗可明显提高胫腓骨骨折的治疗疗效，减少治疗时间，促进骨折及早愈合，改善患者日常生活能力。

Cooperation of Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment Shin Fibula Open Bone Fracture Example Curative Effect Analysis

Objective To Explor the tibia and fibula open fracture to take the advantage of the value of Integrative Medicine. Method Etrospective analysis of the clinical data of 150 cases of patients with open fractures of tibia and fibula, depending on the treatment, divided into control group （n=75, are pure Western medicine treatment） and the treatment group （n=75, plus Chinese adjuvant therapy, Western medicine combined）. Results Patients treated with the average duration of treatment（69.6±7.9）d, significantly shorter than the control group （85.3±8.3）d （P〈0.05）; treatment group a healing fracture in 70 cases（93.3%）, delayed healing in 5 cases （6.7%） in the control group a healing fracture 61 cases （81.3%）, delayed healing in 14 patients（18.7%）, the difference between two groups were significant（P〈0.05）; treatment group FIM total score as well as self-care, sports, transferthe ability of three scores were significantly higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）.Conelusiou Integrative Medicine can significantly improve the therapeutic efficacy of the tibia and fibula fracture, reduce treatment time, to promote the early healing of fractures, and improve the patient＇s activities of daily living.
