护理干预对剖宫产术后产妇康复的影响

目的探讨护理干预对剖宫产产妇康复的影响，进一步指导临床。方法选取我院2012年1月至2013年8月住院行剖宫产手术分娩的240例产妇，按照随机对照的原则，将患者随机分为两组，观察组和对照组，每组各120例患者。对照组120例患者剖宫产术后采用常规护理进行干预，而观察组120例患者剖宫产术后在对照组的基础上采取个性化的护理干预，观察两组患者剖宫产术后的康复情况，对肛门排气时间、自主排尿时间、开始进食时间、下床活动时间、泌乳时间等情况进行分析。结果观察组产妇术后肛门排气时间、自主排尿时间、开始进食时间、下床活动时间、泌乳时间等情况均明显短于对照组，差异显著，具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论剖宫产术后加强对产妇的护理干预能够促进产妇的康复，对指导临床有重要的价值，值得临床推广应用。

The Influence of Nursing Intervention on Maternal Rehabilitation after Cesarean Section

Objective To explore the effect of maternal rehabilitation nursing intervention on cesarean delivery, and further to guide clinical. Methods From January 2012 to August 2013 in hospital cesarean section surgery of 240 cases of puerpera childbirth, according to the principle of randomized patients were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group and control group, each group of 120 patients. Control group of 120 patients with conventional nursing intervention after cesarean section, and the observation group, 120 cases of patients with cesarean section in the control group take personalized nursing intervention, on the basis of observing two groups of patients recovery after cesarean section, the anal exhaust time, automatic micturition time, began to eat, time to ambulation, and lactation time situation is analyzed. Results The observation group ChanFuShu, anal exhaust time after time, start eating time, automatic micturition circumstance such as bed activity time, lactation time were significantly shorter than the control group, significant difference, statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion To strengthen the nursing intervention of maternal cesarean section can promote maternal rehabilitation, is important for guiding clinical value, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
