糖尿病患者个体化管理模式与患者依从性的相关性分析

目的了解个体化管理模式对2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者依从性和自我效能的影响,并分析依从性和自我效能相关性。方法采用自我效能感量表和依从性问卷对100例T2DM患者进行调查。结果个体化管理能提高自我效能和依从性,干预后患者自我效能总得分为(32.27±4.53)分,依从性得分为(32.27±4.53)分,自我效能与依从性呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论个体化管理能提高(T2DM)患者依从性和自我效能,应该加强自我效能对依从性的促进作用。

Correlation Analysis of Diabetes Self-management Model and Patient Compliance

Objective To investigate the influence of individualized management model on the compliance and self-efficacy Of type 2 diabetes mellitus （T2DM） patients, and to analyze the correlation of compliance and self-efficacy. Methods The self-efficacy scale and compliance questionnaire were used to test the 100 cases of T2DM patients. Results Individualized management can improve the self-efficacy and compliance, the total self-efficacy scores after intervention were 32.27±4.53, compliance score were （32.27±4.53）, self-efficacy was positively associated with compliance （P〈0.05）.Conelusion Individual ized management can improve the compliance and self-efficacy of patients of T2DM, we should strengthen the effective role of self-efficacy on compliance.
