玻璃纤维桩加树脂核与铸造金属桩核修复上颌前磨牙的疗效观察

目的探讨玻璃纤维桩加树脂核与铸遣金属桩核修复上颌前磨牙残根残冠疗效情况。方法通过分析上颌前磨牙残根残冠病例的临床资料情况，依据修复方式不同进行I岛床随机分组，修复I组采用铸造金属桩核修复36例和修复II组采用LuxaPost玻璃纤维桩进行修复33例。结果修复II组上颌前磨牙残根残冠病例保存修复成功率明显高于修复I组，P〈0．05，差异均有统计学意义。结论玻璃纤维桩加树脂核修复上颌前磨牙残根残冠临床疗效较好，折断率低，美观性能好，值得临床推广应用。

The Curative Effect Observation of Repairing of Maxillary Premolar by Glass Fiber Post and Resin Core and the Cast Metal Post and Core

Objective To approach curative effect of repairing of maxillary premolar of residual root and crown by glass fiber post and resin core and the cast metal post and core. Method To analyze residual root and crown patients clinical data of maxillary premolars residual root and crown, which was to be divided into repair I group （repair of metal casting pile） of 36 cases and repair 1I group （LuxaPost glass fiber post restoration） of 33 cases. Result Preservation and restoration success rate of repair II group were higher than repair I group, P〈0.05, the difference were statistical significance. Conclusion The result of repidring of maxillary premolar by glass fiber post and resin core were obviously and eusemia, broken rate was low and pretty was good performancewhich was to be used.
