老年患者无痛胃镜和无痛肠镜检查的I晦床探析

目的研究分析老年患者无痛胃镜和无痛肠镜检查的临床效果，以及探究这两种检查方法的科学性和可行性。方法选择我院从2011年9月至2012年9月收治的400例老年患者，将所有患者随机分为四组，无痛肠镜组、无痛胃镜组、普通肠镜组和普通胃镜组，每组各100例患者。观察对比两组患者的生命体征、血氧饱和度以及不良反应情况。结果普通胃镜组和普通肠镜组的血压升高和心率增快的患者明显高于无痛胃镜组和无痛肠镜组，二者之间的差异具有统计学意义，P〈0．05。无痛胃镜组和无痛肠镜组的不良反应情况明显优于普通胃镜组和普通肠镜组，二者之间的差异具有统计学意义，P〈0．05。结论老年患者采用无痛胃镜和无痛肠镜具有比较好的检查效果，安全性和舒适度都比较好。

Clinical Analysis of Elderly Patients with Painless Gastroscopy and Painless Colonoscopy

Objective To study the clinical effect of elderly patients with painless gastroscopy and enteroscopy, as well as the scientific and feasibility of the two methods of inspection. MethQds In our hospital from 400 cases of elderly patients in 2011 September to 2012 September were randomly divided, all the patients into three groups, painless colonoscopy group, gastroscopy, colonoscopy group and common group of ordinary gastroscope group, each group had 100 patients. Results Increased the common gastroscope and colonoscope group＇s blood pressure and heart rate increased in the patients was significantly higher than that in painless gastroscopy and painless colonoscopy group, the difference between them was significant, P〈0.05. Adverse reaction was better than ordinary gastroscope group and conventional colonoscopy group of painless gastroscopy and painless colonoscopy group, the difference between them was significant, P〈0.05. Conclusion The elderly patients with painless gastroscopy and colonoscopy has better examine the effect, safety and comfort.
