经皮肾镜取石与输尿管碎石治疗嵌顿性输尿管上段结石的疗效比较

目的观察并比较经皮肾镜取石（MPCNL）与输尿管镜碎石（URL）治疗嵌顿性输尿管上段结石的临床疗效。方法选取我院2008年11月至2011年7月间收治的嵌顿性输尿管上段结石患者94例，随机分为两组，其中对照组40例，采用输尿管镜碎石术进行治疗；观察组54例，采用经皮肾镜取石术进行治疗，sac？结束后比较两组患者，I占床治疗效果。结果观察纽患者在结石清除率上明显高于对照组，组间比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈O．05）；同时两组患者住院时间及并发症发生率无明显统计学差异，无统计学意义（P〉O．05）。结论经皮肾镜取石术治疗嵌顿性输尿管上段结石临床疗效显著，并发症少，安全有效，应成为临床治疗的首选方案。

Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy and Ureteroscopic Lithotripsy for Comparison of Upper Ureteric Calculi Treatment

Objective To observe and compare the effects of percutaneous nephrolithotomy （MPCNL）with ureteroscopic lithotripsy （URL）clinical curative effect of the treatment of impacted upper ureteral calculi. Methods Selected in our hospital from 2008 November to 2011 July between the upper ureteric calculi in 94 cases, were randomly divided into two groups, including 40 cases in the control group, using ureteroscopic lithotripsy for treatment; the observation group 54 cases, were treated by percutaneous nephrolithotomy, treatment after two groups of patients with clinical curative effect. Results The Results the patients in the observation group in the stone clearance rate was significantly higher than the control group, the difference between groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; at the same time, two groups of patients hospitalization time and complications had no significant difference, no statistical significance （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Percutaneous nephrolithotomy in treatment of impacted upper ureteral calculi clinical curative effect, less complications, safe and effective, should be the first choice for clinical treatment.
