卡孕栓联合缩宫素在减少双胎剖宫产术中及术后出血中的应用

目的探讨卡孕栓联合缩宫素在减少双胎剖宫产术中及术后出血中的临床疗效。方法选择2012年1月至2013年3月在我院双胎妊娠剖宫产孕妇58例，随机分为卡孕栓组30例，联合应用卡孕栓和缩宫素；对照组28例，应用缩宫素治疗。结果两组产妇对比，无论在术中，还是在产后2h、产后24h阴道流血量卡孕栓组均明显少于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论卡孕栓联合缩宫素在减少双胎剖宫产术中及术后出血具有安全、方便、省时、效果显著等优点，值得临床推广。

The Application of Kayunshuan and Oxytocin in Reducing Twins Pregnancy Cesarean Section and Postoperative Bleeding

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect Of Kayunshuan and Oxytocin in reducing twins pregnancy cesarean section and postoperative bleeding. Methods In January 2012 - March 2013 in our hospital, twin pregnancy cesarean section 58 cases of pregnant women, were randomly divided into Kayunshuan group of 30 cases, Useing Kayunshuan and Oxytocin; Control group 28 cases, Oxytocin treatment.Results Compared two groups of women, whether in the intraoperative,or in the postpartum 2 hours for 24 hours the amount of vaginal bleeding of Kayunshuan group were significantly less than the control group.The difference has statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of Kayunshuan and Oxytocin in reducing twins pregnancy cesarean section and postoperative bleeding is safe, convenient, saving time and obvious effect, worthing clinical promotion.
