肾性高血压大鼠肥大心肌丝裂素活化蛋白激酶的表达

目的　探讨丝裂素活化蛋白激酶 (MAPK)在肾性高血压致心肌肥大中的作用。方法　制作肾性高血压大鼠动物模型为实验组 ,观察术后第 4周、8周动脉血压、心肌肥大指数及心肌组织MAPK表达的改变 ,并与对照组进行比较。结果　实验组大鼠术后第 4周、8周动脉血压持续升高、心肌肥大逐渐加重 ,第 4周、8周心肌MAPK表达分别显著高于对照组 (P<0 .0 5和P <0 .0 1)。结论　MAPK表达增强可能是肾性高血压时各种细胞外刺激因素介导心肌肥大发生的重要途径

Expression of mitogen-activated protein kinase in hypertrophic myocardium of renal hypertension rats

Objective To investigate the effect of mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK) on pathogenesis in myocardium hypertrophym of renal hypertension rats. Method Renal hypertension models were made in experiment group,and the blood pressure, cardiac hypertrophy parameter and expression of mitogen-activated protein kinase in heart were measured at 4week and 8week.Results In experiment group, the blood pressure ,cardiac hypertrophy parameter and expression of mitogen-activated protein kinase significantly increased versus control group at 4 week and 8 week(P<0.05 and P0.01 respectively).Conclusion The development of myocardium hypertrophy in renal hypertension might be related to increased expression of mitogen-activated proten kinase induced by the extra-cellular stimulating factor.
