| 摘 要： | 目的 了解庚型肝炎病毒（ＨＧＶ）在普通孕产妇群体中的感染情况和母婴传播的情况。方法 血中抗－ＨＣＶ采用ＥＬＩＳＡ法检测，ＨＧＶＲＮＡ采用ＲＴ－ＰＣＲ法检测。结果 在８４８名普通孕产妇中，抗－ＨＧＶ阳性者４６名，阳性率为５．４２％；在４６名抗－ＨＧＶ阳性孕产妇中，ＨＧＶＲＮＡ阳性者５名，符合率为１０．８６％，在５名ＨＧＶＲＮＡ阳性孕产妇中，其新生儿ＨＧＶＲＮＡ阳性者２名，传播率为４０％。结论 ＨＧＶ

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the situation of HGV infection in normal pregnant and puerperal women and the possibility of HGV transmission by mother to infant route.Methods Antibodies against hepatitis G virus (anti_HGV) were detected by enzyme_linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)and HGVRNA were detected by RT_PCR technique in women and infants sera.Results 46 positive sera of anti_HGV were found in 848 normal pregnant and puerperal women sera with a positive rate of 5.42%;5 positive sera of HGVRNA were found in 46 anti_HGV positive sera with a coincident rate of 10.86%;2 newborn's umbilical cord positive sera of HGVRNA were found in 5 newborn's umbilical cord sera from their mothers with positive HGV RNA,with a HGV transmission rate of 40%.Conclusion The infection rate of HGV was 5.42% in normal pregnant and puerperal women and the HGV transmission rate by mother_to_infants route reached 40%.
