剖宫产后子宫瘢痕妊娠的诊治进展

剖宫产后子宫瘢痕妊娠(cesarean scar pregnancy,CSP)是一种非常少见的异位妊娠类型,随着近年来子宫下段剖宫产率的增加,其发生率日益上升,但缺少明确的诊治标准。因其严重的并发症及致命性损伤,早期诊断显得尤为重要。一旦确诊为CSP,应尽快终止妊娠,目前趋向于将子宫动脉栓塞术联合超声引导下清宫术作为治疗CSP的首选方案。本文旨在总结剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕妊娠的诊断及治疗手段。

Advances in diagnosis and treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy after cesarean section

Cesarean scar pregnancy （CSP） after cesarean section is a rarely seen kind of ectopic pregnancy. With the increase rate of low segment cesarean section, the incidence of CSP is continually increasing, but it lacks definite guidelines for diagnosis and treatment at present. Because of CSP having severe complications and fatal injuries, early diagnosis is particularly important. CSP once proven, terminal pregnancy should be carried out as soon as possible. At present, uterine artery embolization coupled with uterine cavitory operation ultrason- ic inducing tends to be the first choice for CSP. This article is to summarize the diagnosis and treatment meth- ods for CSP after cesarean section.
