| 摘 要： | 探讨信息技术环境下中医妇科学教师教学能力培养的意义与途径。信息技术使教学环境发生了巨大变化,通过分析信息技术与中医妇科学课程整合的特点,阐述中医妇科学教师作为教学过程的设计者与引导者、教学资源的提供者与学习者及学生学习的监控者和评估者,应适应信息技术环境下自身角色的转换;提出中医妇科学教师在信息技术环境下需注重利用信息技术设计教学、实施教学及反思教学等教学能力培养的策略与思路。

| Abstract: | The paper discussed the significance and way of training teaching ability in teachers of TCM gynecology in environment of information technology （IT）. IT has brought huge changes to teaching circumstance, and the teachers of TCM gynecology should be suitable to their own role conversion in IT environment as the designers and guiders during teaching course, providers and learners of teaching resources, and supervisors and assessors for students. The author proposed the strategies and thinking trains for designing, completing and reflecting the teaching in IT environment. |
