社区实践中医试诊技能的可行性研究

针对目前很多中医临床实习生不能很好地适应临床实习的现状,我校运动医学教研室老师根据本专业自身特色通过在社区开展中医试诊来改善学生的实践技能,从而改善中医临床实习的困境。通过组织社区访谈、学生问卷调查、专家咨询、经验总结多种研究方法,对社区实践中医试诊技能进行全方位考察,总体上具有一定的可行性,收到社区管理人员、社区老人、参与学生的一致认可,但在师资力量、教学内容、组织形式、试诊对象等方面还有待改进。

Feasibility of practicing TCM trial diagnostic skills in communities

Because of many interns are not well adapted to TCM clinical practice, the teachers in the Teaching Sec- tion of Sport Medicine of our university improved the students＇ practical skills through carrying out TCM trial diag- nosis in communities. The feasibility of practicing TCM trial diagnostic skills in communities was investigated through interviews in communities, questionnaire in students, consultation in experts and experience summariza- tion, which was accepted by managers and elderly people in communities and participated students. But teacher team, teaching content, organization form and objects of trial diagnosis should be perfected.
