| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨术后早期炎性肠梗阻的特点、诊断及中西医疗法。方法：回顾性分析24例术后早期炎性肠梗阻的临床资料和治疗结果。结果：23例患者经禁食、胃肠减压、营养支持、生长抑素、地塞米松及中药内服等保守治疗痊愈,1例手术治疗后治愈,无死亡病例。结论：术后早期炎性肠梗阻一般发生在腹部手术后2周左右,有典型肠梗阻表现,首选中西医结合的保守治疗,手术应慎重。
