摘    要:糖毒性的可能机制之一为高血糖调控某些关键蛋白的表达,生物样品的蛋白组学方法是研究慢性高血糖对蛋白表达影响的有效方法.研究证实,许多蛋白受慢性高血糖的调控.蛋白组学的方法可检测到暴露于高糖浓度的胰岛或胰岛β细胞蛋白质表达的变化,由此蛋白参考图将成为剖释高糖影响胰岛或胰岛β细胞生理过程的一个重要工具.

Abstract:The modulation of expression of several key proteins during a hyperglycaemia state, may explain the toxic effect of glucotoxicity. Therefore, proteomic analysis of biological samples represents an interesting method to study the effect of chronic hyperglycaemia on protein expression. Different proteomic studies performed so far have confirmed the modulation of expression of several proteins by chronic hypergly- caemia. The proteomics method can be used to detect the protein expression of islets or islet β-cells exposed to high glucose concentration. It is expected that the islet or cell reference map will become an important tool for dissecting the effect of hyperglycaemia on the multifactorial islet or β cell processes.
