虫类散剂对大鼠炎性颈神经根白细胞介素-1和白细胞介素-6的影响

目的研究虫类散剂对大鼠炎性颈神经根白细胞介素-1（IL-1）、白细胞介素-6（IL-6）水平的影响，为临床应用提供依据。方法建立炎性颈神经根的大鼠模型，配置高浓度的虫类散剂，分对照组、治疗组进行干预，在2周时处死大鼠，分析大鼠神经根炎性肉芽肿的质量、炎性神经根IL-1及IL-6的含量。结果治疗组神经根炎性肉芽肿质量、神经根IL-1及IL-6含量明显低于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论虫类散剂具有防治颈神经根型颈椎病的作用，其对IL-1及IL-6水平的调控可能是重要的机制之一。

Study on Influence of Insects Powders on Rat Inflammatory Cervical Nerve Root IL- 1, IL - 6 Ingredients

Objective To study the influence of insects dispersant on the rat inflammatory cervical nerve root IL- 1, IL- 6 to provide the basis for clinical application. Methods The inflammatory cervical nerve root rat model was established. The high concentrations of insects powder was configured and divided into the control group and the treatment group for conducting intervention, the s were sacrificed in 2 weeks. The weight of rat nerve root inflammatory granuloma and the contents of inflammatory nerve roots IL- 1, IL- 6 were observed. The various results were statistically analyzed. Results In the treatment group, nerve root inflammatory granuloma weight and the nerve roots IL- 1 ,IL-6 contents were significantly lower than those in the control group（ P 〈 0. 01）. Conclusion Insects dispersant has a role to prevent cervical nerve root type cervical spondylosis,its regulation and control on IL- I, IL- 6 may be one of the important mechanisms.
