| 摘 要： | 半个多世纪前,沙利度胺曾作为治疗早孕反应的特效药闻名于世,而严重的不良反应又令其臭名昭著.半个多世纪后,沙利度胺因被发现有治疗红斑结节性麻风、抗肿瘤等作用,又重新被重视.该文就近年来对沙利度胺在治疗恶性肿瘤方面的一些文献报道,特别是国内同行们所做的一些工作进行回顾和总结,希望能为科研及临床治疗提供参考.

| Abstract: | Thalidomide was well known as specific medicine for treating morning sickness in pregnant women before half a century.Howerer,because of serious toxicity,it becomed infamous.Half a century later,due to the effect in treating erythema nodosum leprosum and cancer,thalidomide was valued again.This paper conducts the review and summary on some reports of thalidomide for treating malignant tumor in recent years,especially some works did by the domestic counterparts in this field.It is hoped that this review can provide reference for the scientific research and the decision-makers of clinical treatment. |
