氟比诺芬缓释片的处方工艺对释放度的影响

目的观察制备工艺对氟比诺芬缓释片释放度的影响,以得到合理的处方.方法以羟丙甲纤维素(HPMC)为阻滞剂,并改变其种类和用量制备6种氟比诺芬缓释片,分别测定释放度.结果每片含有21.4 mg的Methocel k4M的骨架片处方较为理想,可得到良好的释放速率.结论HPMC的种类和用量明显影响氟比诺芬缓释片的释放度,HPMC骨架片有较好的缓释性.

Effect of formula of flurbiprofen sustained-release tablets on its release rate

OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of the preparation technology on the release rate of flurbiprofen sustained-release tablets(FSRTs),and to obtain an ideal formula.METHOD Hypromellose was used and its sort and amount were altered to prepare 6 kinds of FSRTs,then determine their release rates respectively.RESULTS The formula which contains 21.4mg of methocel K4M each tablet was ideal to get an appropriate release rate of the matrix tablet.CONCLUSION The sort and the amount of HPMC affected significantly the release rate of the matrix tablet,and flurbiprofen HPMC matrix tablet had good sustained release.
