| 摘 要： | Leiomyosarcoma of inferior vena cave (IVC) is an ex-tremely rare primary malignant tumor, no more than 200cases of leiomyosarcoma of IVC were reported in publi-cations as single case or as small series up to date. Inthis report, 7 cases of primary leiomyosarcoma of IVC werepresented.
