TUVP56例术中冲洗液吸收的观察

目的：观察经尿道前列腺汽化电切术（TUVP）术中冲洗液液的吸收情况以及经尿道电切综合征（TURS）的可能性。方法：选择TUVP56例为观察组，并将同期开放前列腺手术病人20例作为对照组，分别测定手术前、后血电解质与血糖变化，并加以分析研究，结果：未切穿前列腺包膜者，观察组与对照组手术前血后电解质和血糖水平无显著性差异（P＞0．05），而切穿包膜者有显著性差异（P＜0．001）。结论：TUVP具有较高的安全性，术中冲洗液几乎不被吸收，从而降低了TURS的发生。但应避免切穿前腺包膜。

The study of absorption of douche fluid in 56 cases of TUVP.

Objective To study the absorption of douche fluid in transurethral vaporization of the prostate (TUVP),and the incidence of transurethral resection syndrome.Methods 56 patients who received TUVP were included in the trial group,and 20 patients who received open prostatectomy at same period in the control group.The serum electrolyte and glucose of each patient were measured before and after operation respectively,the absorption of douche fluid was estimated based on the change of serum electrolyte and glucose.Results Compared with control group,there was significant difference of serum level of electrolyte and glucose in the patients with prostatic envelope perforation during TUVP( P <0.001),but no significant difference for the patients without prostatic envelope perforation ( P >0.05).Conclusion TUVP is safe.The absorption of douche fluid can be controlled to very low level so the incidence of TURS will be decreased greatly,but it should be emphasised to avoid the prostatic envelope perforation.
