| 摘 要： | 目的 对照乳腺良恶性肿块彩色血流及频谱多普勒特点，总结彩超在两鉴别诊断中的价值。方法 采用GE LOGIQ－500、ATL HDI－3000、Acuson Sequoia-512全数字化彩超诊断仪，对经手术病理证实的106例乳腺肿块的彩色血流及频谱多普勒特点进行回顾性分析、总结。结果 恶性肿块血流检出率高，肿块内血管数目增多。频谱多普勒显示：良恶性肿块阻力指数（RI）有显性差异（P＜0．01），而峰值流速（PSV）无显差异（P＞0．05）。结论 彩色多普勒可为乳腺肿块良恶性鉴别诊断提供重要的依据。

| Abstract: | Objective To evatuate the features of color blood flow and pulsed wave Doppler about benign and malignant breast neoplasms,and to evaluate its clinical differential diagnosis value in breast tumor.Methods Color Doppler diagnostic units(GE LOGIQ-500,ATL HDL-3000,Acuson Sequoia-512) were used to check patients with neoplasms of breast.106 cases of breast neoplasms who had been identified by pathology were respectively analysed.Results The rate of blood stream signals of malignant neoplasms was higher than those of benign neoplasms.The difference of RI(Resisatant index)between has significant(P<0.01),but PSV(Peak systolic velocity) has no significant (P>0.05).Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasonography can provide important evidences on the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant neoplasms of breast. |
