| Abstract: | Two cases of symptomatic, surgically proven left paraduodenal hernias were shown with computed tomography (CT) imaging. A small bowel loop was seen behind the pancreatic tail in one case, and a ring-oriented bowel loop was shown between the transverse colon and the left adrenal gland in the other.
