导向型自主学习是成人最主要的学习方式.学习型社会要求人人都能独立自主地学习,这必然要求以教育者为导向的教学模式向以自我为导型的学习模式的转变,以便发展学习者的独立思考和解决问题的能力.本文介绍了导向型自主学习的内涵和主要特点,探讨了其对继续医学教育发展的启示,并提出了继续医学教育培训机构应当采取的措施.

The enlightenment of self-directed learning for continuing medical education

Self-directed learning is the main learning model for adults.The ability of independent study is the requirement of learning society, which asks for the change from educators-directed teaching model to self-directed learning model and improves the learner' s ability of solving problems and thinking independently.This paper introduced the main contents and features of self-directed learning and analyzed its values in continuing medical education.Moreover, some advices for continuing medical education institutions were given.
