酚妥拉明与多巴酚丁胺治疗慢性肺心病重度心衰的疗效观察

目的　探讨酚妥拉明与多巴酚丁胺在肺心病重度心衰中的疗效。方法　对 2 6例肺心病重度心衰患者在综合治疗的基础上 ,应用酚妥拉明与多巴酚丁胺进行联合治疗。结果　疗程结束后 ,治疗组总有效率为 92 .1% ,对照组为 6 7.0 % ,两组疗效有非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。前者对心功能Ⅳ级有显著疗效 ,心功能改善时间显著缩短 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,且有抗心律失常作用 ,对血压、心率有稳定 (P >0 .0 5 )作用。结论　酚妥拉明与多巴酚丁胺是治疗肺心病重度心衰安全有效的药物 ,疗效高 ,副作用少。

The observation of the curative offects on 26cases about treating the acute tert failure of the chronic pulmonary heart disease with Phentolamine and Dobutamine

Objectives　To study the curative effects about treating the acute heart failure of the chronic pulmonary heart disease with Phentolamine and Dobutamine.Methods　Based on the integrated treatment,the treatment of the 26 patients who suffered from the acute heart failure of the chronic pulmonary heart disease was co-operatively dealt with by Phentolamine and Dobutamine.Results　 After the curative courses enden,the total rate of the effect of the treatment group was 92.1%,while that of the control group was 67.0%.There was a very obvious significance(P＜0.01).The former have some obvious effect on Grade IV heart function,significantly shorten the time of improving the heart function(P＜0.05)，resist the irregularity in the rhythem of the heart＇s beating and also stabilize the blood pressure and the heart rate(P＞0.05).Conclusions　Phentolamine and dobutamine are the safe and effective medicines which can be used to treat the acute heart failure of the chronic pulmonary heart disease with very good curative effects and without any side effects.
