| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察我院药物应用过程中不良反应的发生情况 ,为临床合理用药提供客观依据。方法 :通过 97例临床不良反应报告表进行回顾性分析。结果 :97例药物不良反应中 ,抗生素占首位 ( 37 1% ) ,中药制剂其次 ( 2 7 8% ) ,主要表现类型为皮疹。结论 :药物在治疗疾病的同时 ,也存在着药物不良反应 ,危害人类健康 ,临床医生应注意用药安全。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: To observe ADR occured in the course of drug usage in our hospital ,in order to supply objective basis for rational drug usage in the clinic. METHODS:Retrospective analysis were carried out by the reports of clinical ADR in 97 cases . RESULTS:Of 97 drug ADR cases, antibiotics were the first one (37.1%), traditional Chinese medicine was the second (27.8%). The main type of ADR is rash. CONCLUSION:Although drugs can treat many diseases, they can also cause some ADR and do harm for men's health. So clinician should put emphasis on safety of drug usage. |
