摘    要:目的: 研究4种常用滴鼻剂对鼻纤毛的毒性影响.方法:以离体蟾蜍上腭粘膜为模型,采用自身对照法研究了1%麻黄素、复方麻黄素、复方卡那霉素、复方薄荷脑等4种滴鼻剂对纤毛运动的影响.结果:4种滴鼻剂与NS的相对纤毛持续运动时间抑制百分率分别为:1%麻黄素为97.37%,复方麻黄素为50.80%,复方薄荷脑为16.48%,复方卡那霉素为0%.结论:滴鼻剂对鼻粘膜纤毛运动的抑制作用较普遍,应予重视.

Abstract:AIM:To study the effection of ciliotoxicity for 4 nasal drops. METHODS:The model was evaluated with in vitro toad palate,the auto-control method was used. The mu-cocilia were examined with an optical microscope and the lasting time of ciliary movement was recorded after drug application. RESULTS;The relative percentage of the lasting time of ciliary movement with normal saline for 4 nasal drops: 1 % ephedrine was 97. 37% ;compound ephedrine was 50. 80% ; compound menthol was 16. 48%; compound kanamycin was 0%. CONCLUSION:Ciliary movement is frequently affected by nasal drops,therefore,care must be taken in developing any nasal drops form to ensure its least ciliotoxicity.
