| 摘 要： | 目的 研究支气管肺泡灌洗液特异荧光对肺癌诊断的价值。方法 对 6 1例肺癌及 6 0例肺良性瘤患者的支气管肺泡灌洗进行特异荧光检测 ,以波长 6 15nm处的荧光强度大于 6 0 5nm者为阳性。结果 肺癌组阳性率高于肺良性病组 (P <0 0 1) ,中心型肺癌阳性率高于周围型。结论 支气管肺泡灌洗液特异荧光对肺癌的诊断有重要意义

| Abstract: | Objective To study the diagnostic value of special fluorescence of bronchoalveolar lavage fluid for lung cancer.Methods The special fluorescence of bronchoalveolar lavage fluid of 61 patients with lung cancer and 60 patients with benign lung disease was determined,the positiveness is that fluorescent intensity in 615 nm is higher than that in 605nm.Results The positive rate of lung cancer group was much higher than that of benign lung disease group ( P <0.01),the positive rate of central type lung cancers was higher than that of peripheral types.Conclusions The special fluorescence assay of bronchoalveolar lavage fluid is of great importance in the diagnosis of lung cancer. |
