经眼电刺激大鼠癫痫模型脑组织的病理变化

摘    要:目的:观察电针刺激大鼠癫痫模型脑组织病理变化,探讨癫痫发病机制。方法:采用1寸毫针.分别沿大鼠双眼球内侧刺入眼底,针尖达视神经孔,并在两根毫针柄上连接YSD-4型药理生理多用仪,刺激10min,每天1次,共10d,然后对该模型脑电及脑组织进行观察。结果:采用经眼电刺激大鼠,建立了稳定可靠的慢性癫痫模型型。结论:此模型具有特发性癫痫和症状性癫痫两类性质,具有较强的应用价值。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the pathologic changes of brain tissue caused by transocular current stimulation in rats modeled in epilepsy and discover the onset mechanism of epilepsy. Method: One-cun needles were inserted along the inner side of both eyeballs into the eyegrounds of rats, with the tips arriving at optic foramen. The handles of the two needles were connected to a YSD-4 apparatus. Current stimulation lasted 10 minutes once daily for ten days to observe of the changes of brain tissue. Result: Rats were duplicated in chronic epilepsy through transocular current stimulation. Conclusion: The models included idiopathic and symptomatic epilepsy, and were well applicable.
